We are proud to be able to extend exclusive benefits to our amazing patients. For those patients without an insurance plan, we are offering the TDG Discount Plan. This plan has no waiting periods, no claim forms to submit, no deductibles, and no maximums as you would have with a traditional insurance plan. Fees are discounted for TDG Discount Plan members only and to specific services available only at Tara Dental Group PLLC*.
Annual registration fee is $90, which includes initial exam, x-rays and accessibility to TDG Discount Plan fees. For an additional $20, register each immediate family member to your annual membership. We appreciate your choosing our team for your dental care and are working hard to continue to provide more options to our wonderful patients to help give them access to their best smile possible.

*This is not in any form Insurance. The TDG Discount Plan provides discounted fees to members for certain services provided only at Tara Dental Group PLLC. The plan is nonrefundable and nontransferable. The plan and its benefits terminate annually and upon activation of any personal insurance plan by the patient.
